Basic Certification
Vendors with Basic Certification have completed our foundational safety training program and passed all required assessments. This includes core topics such as injury prevention, safe setup practices, and emergency preparedness.
Advanced Certification
Vendors with Advanced Certification have gone beyond the basics. In addition to core safety training, they’ve completed supplemental courses in operations, customer service, and equipment-specific safety—ensuring a higher standard of professionalism and care.

Before You Book — Verify Safety Certification
Only book with operators who are SIOTO Safety Certified. Operators are trained in safe setup procedures, equipment inspection, and emergency protocols—giving you confidence that your event is in trusted hands before the big day.
During Setup — Inspect Together
When your operator arrives, walk the area together. Safety certified professionals will assess the setup site, anchor the inflatable properly, and review safety guidelines with you—ensuring everything is secure, compliant, and ready for safe fun.
While in Use — Stay Aware, Stay Safe
Active adult supervision is key. Monitor equipment operation and participant behavior, and be prepared to respond to any issues. With safety protocols in place, everyone can relax and enjoy the event worry-free.
